Rashford confirms desire to join Barcelona this summer<\/h2>\n

Manchester United’s<\/b>\u00a0Marcus Rashford<\/b>\u00a0has said he would like to join Barcelona this summer and play with\u00a0Lamine Yamal<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Rashford is seeking a move away from Old Trafford and has been linked with a move to Camp Nou, although Barcelona are reportedly trying to sign\u00a0Nico Williams\u00a0<\/b>from\u00a0Athletic Club<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Rashford spent the second half of last season on loan at\u00a0Aston Villa<\/b>\u00a0after being frozen out by head coach\u00a0Ruben Amorim<\/b>\u00a0and has now gone public with his desire to make the move to Spain.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Of course I’d love to,” he said in an interview with Spanish influencer Javi Ruiz when asked about the possibility of joining Barcelona and playing with teenaged sensation Yamal.<\/p>\n

“Everyone wants to play with the best. Hopefully… we’ll see.<\/p>\n

“Spain is nice, and it’s not too far from home,” he added.<\/p>\n

“If I train here for an extended period, it’s great because my family can come visit for a few days. It’s just a three-hour flight. The weather’s good here too.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
